The maintenance is very important for the functionality of OpenX. If maintenance is not running every hour it will cause many different issues. So it is very important to check whether maintenance is running properly.

• If the maintenance has not run in 24 hours the warning will be displayed. See Configuration > Maintenance in admin side.

 

• Automatically perform maintenance during delivery if scheduled maintenance is not set up: this option is enabled by default.
• Maintenance Operation Interval (minutes): select a value from the dropdown to determine how often you would like maintenance to be performed. OpenX uses this information to calculate delivery priorities. When you begin using OpenX you are unlikely to notice a difference in these priorities for some weeks, as several weeks' data are necessary before meaningful adjustments can be made to the calculations. It is not advisable to change this value without good reason, or without first allowing enough time to elapse to affect changes in delivery.

• Update advertisement priorities immediately when changes made in the UI: this checkbox is selected by default. This means that priorities are updated immediately. When this setting is not selected, ad priorities are updated during the next scheduled maintenance.
