When you upgrade your OpenX from an older version to 2.8.x you may face issue with the delivery limitations. In this case the delivery limitations will not work at all. If you have applied delivery limitations on the ads the ads will be displayed without considering delivery limitations on it. This behavior occurs when the upgrade process did not run properly. Probably the upgrading process timed out. If the upgrading process could not run well, some of your delivery limitations will not be converted to the new format. To overcome the issue with delivery limitations first of all go to Configuration > Plugins and check that ‘Delivery Limitations’ Plugin is properly installed and enabled. The best solution is to restore old OpenX from the backup and run the upgrade wizard again.
